961.03. Unwholesome food.

No person shall sell, keep or offer for sale any unwholesome, damaged or spoiled meats, farm products or vegetables or provisions of any kind in the Market, or slaughter or dress any animal wherein the Market grounds, or lay or place any garbage, offal, filth or rubbish in any part of same.

All rules and regulations of the Health Department shall be adhered to.
