The Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry shall set apart and designate certain portions of ground or space in the Market wherein meats, fish, the different kinds of produce and various arts, crafts and antiques shall be offered or kept for sale in such Market, and no person shall use or occupy any other portion or space so designated for the sale or deposit of meat, fish, the different kinds of produce and various arts, crafts and antiques.
