949.08 Municipal utility memberships.

Toledo Public Power shall be authorized to seek membership in various municipal utility and transmission organizations including but not limited to American Municipal Power - Ohio, the Ohio Municipal Electric Generating Agency, the Municipal Electric Services Agency and the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator. The Director of Public Utilities or the Director's delegate shall be Toledo Public Power's representative to such agencies.
