931.02. Approvals required.

Written approval of the Director of Public Service and, when applicable and required by law, of the Director of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, shall be obtained prior to the start of any construction of sewers and appurtenances thereto within the City, and the accomplishment of such construction shall fully comply with the conditions of such approval.
