§ 34.62 COUNTY ELECTRONIC DATA FUND.

(A) Pursuant to I.C. 5-14-3-8.3, the County Council hereby establishes the County Electronic Data Fund, into which shall be deposited all fees charged under § 31.123.

(B) All funds in the Electronic Data Fund shall be used only for the purposes set out in I.C. 5-14-3-8.3, and shall be subject to appropriation by the County Council.
