(A) There is hereby created in the Office of County Auditor the County Drainage Board Engineering Fee Fund to be funded with engineering review fees paid by developers in accordance with the Drainage Code, and such other monies as the County Council may from time to time appropriate.
(B) Monies in the fund may be expended at the direction of the County Drainage Board and/or the County Surveyor for professional engineering review of plans submitted to the Drainage Board for approval pursuant to the Drainage Code.
