§ 34.56 SELF-INSURANCE LIABILITY FUND FOR COUNTY JAIL INMATES/PRISONERS.
   A Self-Insurance Liability Fund for inmates/prisoners of the county jail is hereby established for the purposes of funding rightful claims from inmate/prisoners as to injuries suffered by and/or illnesses incurred by inmates/prisoners in the county jail.
