(A) There is now established the Tippecanoe County Parks Department special non-reverting operating fund from which expenditures may be made by appropriation by the Tippecanoe County Board of Parks and Recreation for the acquisition and repair of equipment for maintenance of park and recreation facilities in the county.
(B) All fees and charges received by the Tippecanoe County Parks Department for the use of park and recreation facilities be and the same shall be deposited into the non-reverting operating fund for the uses and purposes set forth herein.
(C) In accordance with I.C. 36-10-3-22, money from the special non-reverting operating fund may be disbursed only upon approved claims allowed and signed by the President and Secretary of the Tippecanoe County Park and Recreation Board.
