§ 34.47 PROSECUTOR’S FORFEITURE FUND.
   A Prosecutor’s Forfeiture Fund (formerly known as the “Drug Enforcement Fund”) is hereby established and those monies derived from I.C. 34-24-1-4(d)(3)(B) shall be placed in the fund pursuant to I.C. 34-24-1-4(3)(b) for those purposes authorized by state law.
