There is established a Cumulative Bridge Fund to provide funds for the cost of construction, maintenance, and repair of bridges, approaches, and grade separations, and for making county wide bridge inspections and safety ratings of bridges in the county. The Board will adhere to the provisions of I.C. 8-16-1 et seq. and I.C. 6-1.1-41 et seq. The Cumulative Fund is subject to the approval of the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
