(A) The County Recorder is authorized to enter into written agreements for the provision of enhanced access services at a rate of $1 per page (one-sided, 8-1/2 by 14” or smaller) for all computer printouts.
(B) All funds received by the Recorder in respect to such enhanced access agreements shall be deposited in the Recorder's Records Perpetuation Fund.
