(A) Title. This section and all ordinances supplemental or amendatory hereto shall be known as the Tippecanoe County Health Department Fee Ordinance.
(B) Purpose. The purpose of this section is to establish fees for those services provided by the Tippecanoe County Health Department.
(C) Enabling legislation. Pursuant to I.C. 16-20-1-27 fees for services and records may be established by the Board of Commissioners and collected by local health departments.
(D) Fees. Fees stated in prior ordinances of Tippecanoe County specifically stated hereafter are hereby confirmed, revised or established for services as stated herein as follows:
