(A) The provisions of this subchapter, unless otherwise indicated, also apply to, govern, and refer to matters contained in §§32.15 through 32.45 of this chapter.
(B) The usage of the names Tippecanoe County Civil Defense, Tippecanoe County Civil Defense and Emergency Management, and Tippecanoe County Emergency Management Agency are in fact one in the same. The Tippecanoe County Civil Defense, Tippecanoe County Civil Defense and Emergency Management, and Tippecanoe County Emergency Management Agency names may be used interchangeably and are one in the same.
