There is hereby created a body corporate and politic for the purpose of exercising any one or more of the powers and authorities granted to such Authority under the provisions of the Indiana Hospital Authority Act, as amended, and as the same may be hereafter amended, to be known as the “Hospital Authority of Tippecanoe County.”
