§ 31.045 ESTABLISHMENT PURSUANT TO STATE LAW.
   The Board of County Commissioners and the State of Indiana, do hereby establish a Community Corrections Advisory Board, consisting of such members as mandated in I.C. 11-12-2-2(a), for such terms as mandated in I.C. 11-12-2-2(b).
