§ 96.01 ROAD IMPROVEMENTS BY PRIVATE DEVELOPERS.
   (A)   An unimproved county road may be improved by a private developer at his own expense.
   (B)   An unimproved road is a road that has not been surfaced according to Tippecanoe County Road Standards.
   (C)   Each application to improve a county road must be submitted to the County Commissioners.
   (D)   Detailed specifications and plans for each improvement as approved by the County Highway Department.
   (E)   This section shall be exempt from any Unified Zoning Ordinance requirement.
