§ 95.40 ENFORCEMENT.
   It shall be the duty of the Health Officer to enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any permit issued in conflict with the provisions of this chapter shall be null and void. A violation of an abatement order issued by the Health Officer pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 16-20-1-25, or a similar statute, slrall be considered a violation of this chapter.
