§ 93.16 SPEED REGULATIONS; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   No person shall drive a vehicle upon a roadway within the park or fairgrounds at a speed that is greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions and having regard to the actual and potential hazards then existing.
   (B)   The limits specified in this section shall be the maximum lawful speeds on the roadways within the county parks and the county fairgrounds and no person shall drive a vehicle on a roadway within property owned or operated by the County Park and Recreation Board or the county fairgrounds at a speed in excess of such maximum limits: 15 miles per hour.
   (C)   An exception to the above applies when a special hazard exists that requires a lower speed for compliance with division (A) above of this section and such lower speed is posted.
