§ 93.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FAIRGROUNDS. The Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds.
   PARK. Any property owned or operated by the Tippecanoe County Park and Recreation Board.
   VEHICLE. Every device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway or roadway within property owned or operated by the Tippecanoe County Park and Recreation Board or the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds.
