For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ENFORCEMENT CONTRACT. A contract entered into between the Sheriff or the Sheriff's designee with the owner of a residential complex to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
MOVING TRAFFIC VIOLATION. A violation occurring in the operation of a motor vehicle while the motor vehicle is in motion and which would be a violation of Indiana law if committed upon a public roadway.
RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX. Any multi-unit residential complex that contains at least five units and which contains private drives, roadways, or streets.
