(A) The county wishes to have the discretion to use the procurement methods set forth in I.C. 5-23 in those situations where such methods would be advantageous to the county.
(B) The Board of Commissioners of Tippecanoe County, being the legislative body of Tippecanoe County, Indiana, hereby adopts by reference the provision of I.C. 5-23 in their entirety as if set forth in full herein.
