§ 95.23 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

All public and semi-public pools and spas shall comply at least with the minimum requirements specified by 675 IAC 20-1.1, Swimming Pool Code, and 410 IAC 6-2.1, Public and Semi-Public Pools, and this chapter.
