§ 95.22 INSPECTIONS.
   The Health Department may inspect each public or semi-public pool or spa for which a permit is required at any time during the pool or spa’s normal operational hours or as may be scheduled with the operator of the pool or spa. If, during an inspection of any pool or spa, the Health Department discovers a violation of any of the requirements of this chapter, the Health Department’s representative shall issue a written narrative report listing such violations and a time for correction to the operator. A copy of the written report shall be filed with the records of the Health Department.
