§ 113.03 AUTHORITY.

(A) This chapter is promulgated under the authority granted to the Department under 410 IAC 1-5 Sanitary Operations of Tattoo Parlors and the Department’s statutory authority to promote the public health.

(B) This chapter is a health ordinance within the meaning of I.C. 16-20-2-2(c), applicable to the entire county.
