(A) There is hereby created in the office of Auditor of Tippecanoe County a separate fund to be known as the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Conference Fund.
(B) All monies received from conference registrants, vendors, and other public and private entities, including certain federal MPO PL Funds, shall be deposited into the Fund.
(C) Monies may be expended from the Fund by the Area Plan Commission of Tippecanoe County, subject to appropriation by the Tippecanoe County Council, only for the purpose of hosting of the conference, including without limitation thereby lodging, food and beverages, materials, supplies, transportation, speaker fees and honoraria, subject to any restrictions which may be imposed by law on the use of federal MPO PL Funds.
(D) Interest on the Fund shall be deposited to the Tippecanoe County General Fund, subject to any restrictions which may be imposed by law on the use of federal MPO PL Funds.
