§ 34.695 UPPER JN KIRKPATRICK DETENTION FUND.
   (A)   The Upper JN Kirkpatrick Detention Fund is hereby established.
   (B)   Interest earned on funds held in the fund shall be retained in such fund.
   (C)   Monies may be expended from such fund by the County Drainage Board and County Surveyor for the purpose of constructing and maintaining regional stormwater detention facilities benefitting the Upper JN Kirkpatrick Regulated Drain watershed.
