§ 34.692 SHERIFF’S FIREARMS DESTRUCTION FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created in the office of the Auditor of Tippecanoe County a separate fund to be known as the Sheriff’s Firearms Destruction Fund.
   (B)   All monies received from contracts for the destruction of firearms by the county Sheriff’s Department shall be deposited into the Fund.
   (C)   Monies may be expended from the Fund by the county Sheriff’s Department, subject to appropriation by the County Council, only for the purpose of purchasing equipment for and training county Sheriff’s Department officers.
