§ 34.686 COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS DONATION FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created in the office of Auditor of Tippecanoe County a separate fund to be known as the Tippecanoe County Community Corrections Donation Fund.
   (B)   Monies may be expended from such fund, subject to appropriation by the Tippecanoe County Council, only for the purpose of improving Community Corrections facilities, operations, and programs.
   (C)   Interest on such fund shall be deposited to the Tippecanoe County General Fund.
