§ 90.04 INOCULATION.
   (A)   All dogs, cats, and other animals specified by 345 IAC 1-5 or other applicable state law must be inoculated against rabies prior to reaching three months of age and not less than every three years thereafter. It is the duty of the dog's owner, as defined in this chapter, to ensure that the dog is inoculated. The owner shall retain documentation of the inoculation and produce it to the Animal Control Officer upon request.
   (B)   This section shall not be construed to impose an obligation on the county to inoculate animals.
