For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ADJUSTED URBAN AREA BOUNDARY. The boundary of urbanized areas in Tippecanoe County as designated by the U.S. Bureau of the Census following the most recent decennial census and thereafter adjusted by the Area Plan Commission of Tippecanoe County.
CONSUMER FIREWORK. As provided in I.C. 22-11-14-1, as amended.
FIREWORK. As provided in I.C. 22-11-14-1, as amended.
