§ 34.682 ENGINEER REVIEW FUND.
   (A)   The Tippecanoe County Surveyor’s office maintains a fund known as the Engineer Review Fund.
   (B)   The purpose of the Fund is to hold monies receipted for the actual cost incurred by the Drainage Board and the County Surveyor in respect to the review of all developments preliminary plans, final plans and/or construction plans by a licensed professional engineer.
   (C)   The Engineer Review Fund shall retain its own earned interest in the Fund beginning on January 1, 2013.
