§ 34.681 COMMISSIONERS TAX CERTIFICATE SALE FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created in the office of Auditor of Tippecanoe County a separate fund to be known as the Commissioners Tax Certificate Sale Fund.
   (B)   All monies received from the sale of tax sale certificates by the Board of Commissioners shall be deposited into the Fund.
   (C)   Monies deposited to the Fund shall be disbursed therefrom in accordance with I.C. 6-1.1-24-6.4 or as otherwise provided by law.
   (D)   Interest on the Fund shall be deposited to the county general fund.
