§ 161.20 RIGHT OF APPEAL.

All persons aggrieved by a decision of the Building Commissioner shall have the right to appeal the decision to the Board of County Commissioners within 30 days after the decision. Any decision of the Board of County Commissioners pursuant to the foregoing may be appealed in accordance with I.C. 32-2-2-27.
