(A) Officers. The Board shall elect a President and a Vice-President from among its voting members. The County Auditor shall serve as secretary of the Board and prepare and maintain minutes of its proceedings.
(B) Meetings. The Board shall meet at least monthly. A majority of the voting members of the Board shall constitute a quorum. Recommendations shall be made to the Board of Commissioners based on a majority vote of members of the Board. Meetings may be rescheduled as needed in the event a quorum cannot be reached on a specific meeting day. The Board may adopt additional rules and policies for governance of its meetings.
