Upon presentation of proper credentials, the Building Commissioner, the County Surveyor and the Executive Director of the County Highway Department or their duly authorized representatives may enter at reasonable times any wind energy system, structure or premises in the county to performinspections to assure compliance with all requirements of this chapter, the Unified Zoning Ordinance and any conditions of any grant of a special exception.
