§ 50.57 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY; PROCEEDINGS.
   (A)   The enforcement of this chapter shall be by the County Health Officer and the County Sheriff.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the County Prosecuting Attorney and the County Attorney, or either of them to whom the Health Officer shall report any violations of the provisions of this chapter, to cause proceedings to be commenced against the person violating the provisions of this chapter and to prosecute to final termination.
