(A) (1) The permit for a retail food service establishment, retail food market establishment, mobile food service establishment, mobile food market establishment, bed and breakfast, vending operator, commissary, or food processing establishment shall be for a term of one year beginning upon the date of issue.
(2) Said permits shall be renewed annually on or before the last day of the anniversary month which is one year after issuance of the permit. However, if the day of expiration of the permit falls on a weekend or government-recognized holiday, the permittee will be given until the following business day to renew the permit without late fees being assessed.
(B) The permit for a temporary food service establishment shall be for a term not to exceed 14 consecutive days.
(C) Any permit for a farmers market shall be for a term of up to one year running from May 1 the year of issue to April 30 the year after issue.
