§ 110.004 ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS BY REFERENCE.

(A) The regulations of the State of Indiana and Indiana State Department of Health as found in I.C. 16-42-5.2, Title 410 IAC 7-15.5, Title 410 IAC 7-23, and 410 IAC 7-24, are hereby incorporated by reference in this chapter and shall include any later amendments to those regulations.

(B) Copies of the above referenced regulations are available and on file in the office of the Tippecanoe County Health Department and the Tippecanoe County Auditor.
