§ 34.07 REQUEST FOR SPECIFICATIONS.
   If a purchasing agent determines that development of specifications by the purchasing agent for a purchase of supplies or services is not feasible, the purchasing agent may issue a request for specifications in accordance with I.C. 5-22-5-5.
