§ 32.05  COMPENSATION FOR MAYOR.
   (A)   The compensation for the Mayor of the municipality in his or her capacity as the presiding officer of the Mayor's Court shall be as set by Council.
   (B)   The compensation for the Mayor in his or her capacity as presiding officer of the Mayor's Court shall be in addition to the annual salary received by him or her in his or her capacity as Councilmember.  (1974 Code, § 32.04)  (Ord. 48-70, passed 12-21-1970)
