(A) The VSP shall construct, install, operate and maintain its system within the city in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, construction standards, governmental requirements and Federal Communication Commission technical standards.
(B) The VSP's distribution system, towers, poles, wires, cable, fixtures and appurtenances shall be installed, located, erected, constructed, reconstructed, replace, removed, repaired, maintained and operated in accordance with good engineering practices. Such equipment shall be placed in the city's right-of-way in accordance with any current or future right-of-way ordinance as set forth.
