§ 112.12  EXPIRATION OF PERMIT.
   (A)   Each permit shall expire 1 year from the date of issuance and may be renewed only by making application as provided in § 112.10 (for renewals, filing of original survey shall be sufficient) of this chapter. Application for renewal shall be made at least 30 days before the expiration date, and when made less than 30 days before the expiration date, the expiration of the permit will not be affected. An application for renewal may be filed with the original sketch and survey but all other materials must be revised as applicable.
   (B)   If the City Manager denies renewal of the permit, based on 1 of the reasons stated in § 112.10, the applicant shall not be issued a permit under this chapter for 1 year from the date of denial, unless, subsequent to denial, the City Manager determines that the basis for denial of the renewal of the permit has been corrected, in which case the applicant shall be granted a permit if at least 90 days have elapsed since the date denial became final. The existing permit shall remain in effect until the renewal permit has been granted or, if denied, until the appeal process in § 112.28 shall have been concluded.
