§ 110.01  DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   FIXED PLACE OF BUSINESS means a business operated and conducted from the same location, for a period of at least 90 continuous days in the municipality.
   PEDDLE means to sell and make immediate delivery, or offer for sale and immediate delivery at any place within the municipality, other than from a fixed place of business, any goods, wares or merchandise, in possession of the seller.
   PEDDLER means any person who peddles, as herein defined.
   PERSON means any individual, group of individuals, firm, co-partnership, corporation, company, association, joint stock association, and any other business entity, church, religious sect, religious denomination, society, organization or league, and includes any trustee, receiver, assignee, agent or other similar representative thereof.
   SOLICIT means to sell or take orders or offer to sell or take orders at any place within the municipality other than a fixed place of business, for goods, wares or merchandise for future delivery, or for services to be performed.
   SOLICITOR means any person who solicits, as herein defined.
