(A) Whoever violates § 98.05 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and shall be assessed any costs incurred in disposing of such abandoned junk motor vehicle.
(B) Whoever violates § 98.06 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
