(A) The compensation for employees of the city park and swimming pool is established according to the following schedule.

(1) Technical advisor | $50 per month |
(2) Pool manager | $3,500 - $4,800 per year |
(3) Head life guard | $2,000 - $3,700 per year |
(4) Life guard | $4.75 - 8.50 per hour |
(5) Concession stand helper | $2.30 per hour |
(6) Park helper | As determined by City Manager |
(B) For hourly rated employees, compensation shall increase $.05 per hour for the second consecutive year of employment, and $.10 per hour for the third year of consecutive employment; provided further that former personnel hired under this section shall be entitled to credit for consecutive years of service and to the commensurate rate of pay.
(C) The technical advisor is to be paid $50 per month for a period of 5 months.
(D) The park custodian shall continue at the present rate of pay until July 1, 1977. Thereafter, the park custodian shall be provided living quarters, basic utilities, and appropriate hospitalization. Long distance telephone calls will not be covered.
(E) Seasonal employees shall be assigned a salary or hourly rate within the ranges described in division (A), by the City Manager, who shall consider the employee's experience, training, and past performance.
(F) Seasonal employees shall not be entitled to any type of insurance, longevity, retirement, sick leave or holiday benefits.
