(A) Pursuant to R.C. § 715.50 all police or sanitary regulations contained in the code as now exists and may be amended or adopted are hereby adopted and extended in full force and effect for the protection of the lands and improvements on lands owned and used by the city lying beyond its limits.
(B) Violations thereof shall be prosecuted in the municipal court having jurisdiction of the city.
