When the owner/owners of record of the building or structure and of the property fail to comply with the notice of abatement, the City Manager may cause the removal or repair of such building or structure.
(A) The city may employ the necessary labor to perform the task.
(B) All expenses incurred shall, when approved by the City Manager, be paid out of any money in the city funds not otherwise appropriated.
