§ 94.70 AUTHORITY OF THE CITY ENGINEER.

The City Engineer, or the City Engineer's designee, is authorized to order and initiate the removal or repair of any building or structure that is found upon inspection by an official acting on behalf of the city, of Miami County, or of the State of Ohio to be insecure, unsafe, structurally defective, or in material non-compliance with any applicable regulations of Tipp City, Miami County, or the State of Ohio.
