(A) No person shall sell, give away or otherwise dispose of or deliver to any person under 21 years of age any explosives, as defined in R.C. § 2923.11(M), whether such person is acting for himself or herself or for any other person.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
