The agreement shall be in force and effect when no less than a majority of the political subdivisions of Miami County, including the city of Piqua and the County Commissioners, has executed a like agreement by adopting a like resolution or passing a similar ordinance, and shall continue in full force and effect unless terminated by either party at the end of any calendar year by action of its legislative authority and service of written notice on the Board of County Commissioners not less than 90 days prior to the end of the calendar year.
